A hotel developer in El Salvador is offering a 10% yield on tokens backed by real estate.

Tangible DAO, the issuer of the depegged USDR stablecoin backed by real estate, has announced the re.al ecosystem, which is planned to go live in two weeks.

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority launched its e-HKD Pilot Programme last Thursday. The scheme will involve 16 firms from the finance, payments and technology sectors, including Ripple, which will showcase a real estate tokenization solution.
