You probably remember that the SEC recently made its weighty accusations against Do Kwon and Terraform Labs. Regulators accuse Do Kwon of fraud and illegal handling of securities. Also, Do Kwon is already wanted by the police of his native South Korea and has an INTERPOL red card.
On March 6, Bloomberg journalists reported that there is a letter confirming that the Singapore police have launched their own investigation against one of the UST founders. The letter also says that Do Kwon is not currently in Singapore.
“In an emailed statement on Monday, the force said “investigations have commenced in relation to Terraform Labs” and added the inquiries are “ongoing.” It also said Kwon isn’t currently in the city state.” - writes Bloomberg.
Now Do Kwon has problems with the law enforcement agencies of three countries, but his location is still unknown, although there were earlier suggestions that he was in Serbia. Previously active on social networks, the Terra co-founder has stopped appearing online since the beginning of February.
